Our steel plate products are available in various sizes and thicknesses, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. These products are commonly used in manufacturing, construction and engineering, mining and defence industries that require durable flat steel products.
Steel Range
We carry the following steel plate products:
- Steel Plate in medium and high-strength steel plate with varying nominal yield strengths: 250 MPa, 300 MPa, 350 MPa
- Steel Plate Grade 250 to Grade 350 ranging from 5mm to 150mm thickness
- Laser Plate Grade 250 – 5mm to 20mm thickness
- Quenched and Tempered Steel Plate – 250 to Grade 350 ranging from 5mm to 150mm thickness
Processing Capabilities:
- Plate profile (CNC) cutting – Plasma (max width 3200mm, length 12000mm)
- Plate profile (CNC) cutting – Laser (max width 1500mm, length 3000mm)
- Brake press steel folding
- Blasting of steel members – class 1 – 1.5 – 2 .0, up to 1200mm (width), 25000 (length)
- Galvanising using a bath that is 12800mm length, 1600mm width and 3500mm depth
- Painting – Primer coats to 1 coat system up to 3 coat paint system
