We carry a comprehensive range of Structural Steel products and offer processing, fabrication and metal coating services.
We offer a range of structural steel products, including universal beams, columns, channels, and structural angles and flat bars. These products are used in commercial, industrial, residential, and civil applications that require high-strength steel. Our facilities also offer processing inclusive of cutting, drilling, cambering, stamping, notching, slots and cut outs.
Steel Range
We carry the following items in lengths ranging from 9m to 20 in 1.5m increments:
- Universal Beams (UB) – Range from 150UB to 610UB
- Universal Columns (UC) – Range from 150UC to 310UC
- Parallel Flanged Channel (PFC) – Range from 150PFC to 380PFC
- Welded Beams (WB) – Range from 700WB to 1200WB
- Welded Columns (WC) – Range from 350WC to 500WC
- Structural Steel Angles (An) – Range from 125×125 An to 200×200 An (9m/12m only)
Processing Capabilities
We offer the following range of processing services:
- Cutting steel member up to 1200mm (width), 25000 (length)
- Drilling Holes including 10mm, 14mm, 18mm, 22mm, 26mm, 32mm, 38mm, 45mm
- Cambering, stamping, notching and cut-outs
- Blasting of steel members – class 1 – 1.5 – 2 .0, up to 1200mm (width), 25000 (length)
- Galvanising using a bath that is 12800mm length, 1600mm width and 3500mm depth
- Painting – Primer coats to 1 coat system up to 3 coat paint system
